Here’s the specs, but let’s talk about what they actually mean for you. The heater runs at 2500W and 400V. That’s a lot of punch packed into a surprisingly compact 300mm tube. The beauty of that short length? It gives you a small footprint. So you can slot this thing into tight spots and confined heating zones without having to tear apart your entire machine setup. It just fits.
What’s Inside? A Look at the Build
We use a halogen-filled quartz tube to keep that shortwave emission steady and reliable. Inside, a special coating shields the filament. This is key—it helps the lamp handle the constant stress of heating up and cooling down without burning out. And for the connection, we went with an R7s connector. It’s a no-nonsense, industrial-grade standard. You get a solid, secure link, both mechanically and electrically. Wiring it up is quick and simple.
How It Feels on the Job
When you flip the switch, you feel the difference. The ramp-up is almost instant. Heat, on demand. No waiting around. This makes it perfect for jobs that live and die by quick thermal response—think heating plastics, curing, or drying components on the fly. But, and this is important, that kind of concentrated power needs space to breathe. The high heat density means you need proper ventilation. If your machine isn’t well-ventilated, the ambient temperature will climb, and that will shorten the life of the components. So, make sure you give it the breathing room it needs.
